Curry Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 lb chicken, cut
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 3 tablespoons curry powder
- 1/4 tablespoon black pepper
- 1/4 tablespoon red pepper, crushed
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
Instructions:
1. In a big skillet, add in the curry powder, black pepper, red pepper, sugar, salt and water. Stir and mix everything until well mixed. Bring to a boil.
2. Switch to medium heat and add in the chicken and onion. Let it simmer for 35 minutes and be sure to stir occasionally.
3. If you want thick curry sauce, turn the heat off when the sauce has thickened. If you prefer thinner curry sauce, add in more water.
4. Serve over cooked rice.
